I have known Prabhat Jain as a business colleague since 1975. I never had a more supportive boss than Prabhat. He was concerned about an employee’s performance on the job as well as his well being off the job. He would always look for the best in people. He is a very resilient business person who was able to take criticism and correct ant deficiencies in his products.
